Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily shop operations
- Assist in daily manpower planning
- Coach new and existing staff on the Company’s guidelines
- Attend to customer’s queries and requests
- Maintain healthy level of stock inventory in the shop
- Ensure in-store display is carried out according to VM guidelines
- Manage store KPIs
Requirements:
- Minimum Nitec / Higher Nitec or its equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in Retail environment
- Customer service oriented and good communication skills
- Good people management skills
- Willing to work shift, on weekends and public holidays
- Preferably able to start work with short notice
