Job Description
WALAH, a local Home & Beauty Retail brand, is looking for hardworking and passionate shop assistants. Please find below the job requirements:
- Open for both full-time and part-time hiring.
- Perform shop opening and closing duties.
- Receive, process, and organize incoming goods/deliveries.
- Restock depleted or low-stock items on shelves and ensure all products are organized according to guidelines.
- Perform cashier responsibilities via the shop’s Point of Sale (POS) system and conduct regular price audits to correct any price discrepancies.
- Keep the store clean and tidy by performing daily cleaning duties.
- Assist customers in locating desired items.
- Address and resolve customers’ questions/complaints in a professional manner.
- Have sufficient knowledge of items sold in-store to provide recommendations when needed.
- No prior experience is required.
