Job Description
Role and Responsibility
- Responsible for room cleaning and preparing rooms with fresh linens, towels, and sheets.
- Use disinfectants and cleaning agents for bathrooms, windows, mirrors, and surfaces.
- Ensure room amenities are functional and replenish toiletries as needed.
- Restock the cleaning trolley.
- Attend to guest requests promptly.
- Report lost and found items.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Requirements
- Experience in housekeeping is a plus; training provided.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Friendly and positive attitude.
- Team player with minimal supervision ability.
- Integrity and willingness to work shifts.
- Adhere to safety procedures.
