Job Descriptions:

• Provide sales administration support & handle all aspects of CRM.
• Attend sales enquiries including from e-commerce.
• Liaise with customers & suppliers.
• Generation of invoices & delivery orders.
• Handle inventory, shipping logistics & e-commerce functions.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma & above.
• Proficient in MS Office & IT, with E-commerce knowledge.
• Skills in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
• Good communication skills & telephone etiquette.
• Willingness to learn & work independently.
• Initiative, resilience, and ability to work under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship, Contract, Permanent. Contract: 12 months. Pay: $1,800.00 – $2,200.00/month.

Benefits:

Supplemental pay types: Overtime pay.
