Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Tasked to coordinate with Head office and customers for all sales & service related matters.
- Attend to queries from customers.
- Prepare price proposal to customers and handle price negotiation.
- Prepare purchase order and generate sales order.
- Coordinate and arrange shipment, follow up closely to ensure timely deliveries.
- Generate Invoice and prepare delivery order.
- Assist in travelling arrangement for sales staff and supervisors.
- General administrative works.
