- Position Title: Sales Admin Executive / Sales Admin
- Working Location: Jurong West
- Working Hours: 5 days, Mon – Fri (8 am – 5.00 pm)
- Salary Package: Up to $2800 + Variable Bonus + $90 (Transport Allowance)
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Creation of Sales Orders and updating/amendment of Sales orders for inter-department circulation.
- Assist in inter-department coordination of Sales Orders.
- Assist in liaising with customers regarding Sales Orders.
- Upload, maintain, and update Sales Order documents.
- Generate reports and prepare cost statements.
- Support weekly shop operations and handle ad-hoc duties.
