Job Description
Join our team at Simplicity Gifts as a Sales Admin Executive. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing business enquiries via emails and WhatsApp.
- Preparing draft quotations and invoices with relevant and accurate information.
- Assisting the Director in identifying business opportunities to meet company growth objectives (Gebiz, Emails, Tenderboard).
- Managing the order tracking sheet and arranging deliveries.
