Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Head office and customers for all sales & service related matters.
- Attend to queries from customers
- Prepare price proposal for customers and handle price negotiation
- Prepare purchase order and generate sales order
- Monitor and arrange shipment, follow up closely to ensure timely deliveries
- Raise invoice and prepare delivery order
- Provide support in travelling arrangement for sales staff and supervisors
- Handle general administrative works
