Job Description
Job Scope:
- Attend to sales calls and generate quotations for clients based on drawings.
- Provide information to the production team for timely fabrication.
- Track client requests and arrange for necessary rectifications.
- Verify completed jobs against drawings prior to invoicing.
- Ensure a smooth sales process and perform additional responsibilities as needed.
Requirements:
- Ability to read and understand 3D drawings.
- Strong communication and customer service skills in English and Chinese.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience in carpentry sales/operations is a plus.
