Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
To support the company’s sales department by ensuring all paperwork is in order.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creating user accounts for corporate customers
- Assisting the Sales and CRM team in placing orders for corporate customers
- Assisting the Sales team in preparing documents for tenders and projects
- Generating invoices for corporate customers
- Generating sales and incident reports for internal analysis
- Assisting the Sales Manager in clearing customer payables
- Any tasks as and when assigned by line manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- To be proficient in basic computer skills (especially MS Office functions)
- To be a good team player with good communication skills
- To be meticulous and reliable
- To be willing to learn and step out of existing job scope when required
- Singaporeans only
