Telefocal Asia Pte Ltd is a leading training and consulting firm specializing in telecommunication technologies. The company provides training to major telecom companies across the globe and is headquartered in Singapore.

Job Overview

As a Sales Intern, you will be responsible for processing daily sales enquiries, quotations and orders, and building close relationships with clients by understanding and fulfilling their training needs and objectives. You will also be tasked to implement and take charge of growth projects relating to building sales pipelines and streamlining sales processes.

Responsibilities

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

• Conduct research to identify potential clients and industry trends
• Assist in creating and maintaining a database of leads

Sales & Course Admin Support:

• Qualify inbound enquiries
• Assist in the preparation of sales proposals
• Provide training and administrative support during training events
• Pre- and post-training follow up with clients
• Cultivate, nurture and grow customer relationships
• Customer feedback analysis and service improvement

Others:

• Work closely with the marketing department for customer engagement and process improvement

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in business, marketing, or a related field
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Eager to learn and take on new challenges
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Demonstrates ownership and takes initiative
• A self-starter and a process-driven individual who is able to work independently with minimum supervision
