Job Description
- Base + Meal Allowance + Commission + 13th Month AWS + Variable Bonus

Job Responsibilities:
- Utilize product knowledge and effective selling skills to provide exceptional customer service and make recommendations.
- Manage customer relationships by delivering excellent sales and after-sales service.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization on the shop floor.
- Build and cultivate a customer base, fostering strong relationships with customers.
- Take responsibility for stock management and ensure the boutique is well-maintained.
- Perform any other assigned adhoc duties as required.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the retail industry, preferably in luxury retail.
- Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
