Job Description
- Assist & Manage customer expectation, sales enquiries, follow up & quotation.
- Prepares sales-related documents during the order processing, delivery orders and shipping documents included shipping arrangement.
- Manage and ensure up to date of stock and inventory part list.
- Process purchase goods and materials.
- Liaising with customers and suppliers for the order and delivery.
- Process invoicing once sales / service completed.
- Others ad-hoc duties may be assigned.
