Reporting Officer: Assistant Manager

Job Description
- Prepare quotations and invoices; email to clients
- Attending to client phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and walk-in customers
- Provide clients and customers feedback to Assistant Manager
- Liaise with Supply Chain Department for supply, article price, and sample request
- Liaise with Finance Department on client’s payment status and terms
- Prepare sales figures by weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually
- Inventory monitoring and checking
- Email replies and/or follow-up on client’s enquiries
- Assisting Assistant Manager and working together with Sales team members
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned by Assistant Manager
Job Requirement
- Higher NITEC/Diploma in any fields
- Sales and service-oriented
- Good in multitasking
- Team Player
- Software skills: MS Office, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Dynamics Nav 2017
