Job Description
Main Tasks
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints promptly and in a professional manner.
- Liaise and coordinate with the Operation department to expedite smooth and on-time delivery.
- Provide solutions for non-complex problems and only escalate complex problems to the superior.
- Ensure accuracy in quotation preparation, order processing, and proper documentation flow to meet the quotations’ deadline.
- Maintain a proper filing system for easy retrieval.
Generic Job Requirements
- Diploma in Business or Engineering. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Experience in a similar or related industry will be an advantage.
- Computer literacy, strong Excel skills required (as we mainly work with work files).
- Carry out administrative duties with attention to detail, professionalism in communication and negotiation skills, pro-active, commercial, confident, problem-solving, and result-oriented.
- Team Player with a flexible working approach, open-minded thinking, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Able to work with multinational (International) customers/suppliers, etc.
- Experienced Sales coordinator in piping materials (minimum of 3 years).
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $2,500.00 – $3,500.00 per month
