Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to walk-in customers, phone enquiries, and assist them with product information
- Execute strategies to generate leads and achieve monthly sales revenue
- Contribute to sales growth aligned with the Company’s strategies
- Work closely with branch in charge to meet sales targets
- Ensure proper price tagging and description for products
- Assist with store’s stock replenishment and maintain adequate stock levels
- Encourage customer loyalty by providing good after-sales service and building positive relationships
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of sales experience
- Ability to achieve sales targets
- Good team player
- Knowledge of musical instruments e.g. guitars, drums is a plus
- Comfortable working on weekends and public holidays
