Job Description
We are looking for someone who is excited by challenges and enjoys chasing and negotiating hard deals. As a market solution lead at SPH Media Limited, you will develop and execute sales packages to develop new businesses and strengthen the presence of Chinese Media Group (CMG) products in regional markets. Working closely with various teams, you will promote and sell integrated media solutions across CMG platforms. Responsibilities include drafting sales proposals, exceeding personal sales targets, and gathering market intelligence.
Requirements:
- A Degree in Business or relevant field; 8-10 years of sales experience in the media industry preferred
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin as this role supports Chinese content
- Ability to conceptualize, strategize, and execute creative ideas
- Strong team player and individual contributor; outgoing, resourceful, and self-motivated
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; adaptable to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
