Job Description
5 days work week (Mon-Fri) – (Mon-Thurs: 8am to 6pm, Fri: 8am to 5pm)
Basic Salary + Commission + Transport Allowance
Job Scope:
- Ensure stocks are consistently replenished. In the case of Out of stock situation, replace with the closest alternative to secure the shelf space.
- Ensure that arrangement of products and planograms are in place.
- Secure additional space for Festive SKUs
- Get additional display space (block stack/pallet display)
- Assist with bin Set up during festive period (Hari Raya, Christmas, Chinese New Year)
- During all promotion period, ensure that promotion price tags are being displayed.
- Build relationship with outlets
- Engage stores to participate in our special promotions (such as buy 1 get 1 free, promoter activities)
- Work closely with sales manager and head merchandiser to decide how goods should be displayed to maximize sales
- Provide feedback to sales manager about customers’ reaction to our products, maintain awareness of competitor’s performance and activities
