- Position Title: Sales Support Administrator
- Working Location: Tuas West
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5.30 pm (One Saturday per month, 9 am – 12 pm)
- Salary Package: Up to $300 + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating sales team activities, preparing quotations, and managing order processes.
- Supporting daily commercial operations.
- Coordinating with operations team for engineer arrangements.
- Resolving customer disputes or complaints efficiently.
- Preparing sales reports for management review.
- Other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
