Job Description
As a Sales Support for our furniture store, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our business by providing administrative assistance in managing customer accounts.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records, processing transactions, and providing support to our sales and finance teams.
- Assist in maintaining customer accounts in the database, including contact information, purchase history, and payment details.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner.
- Generate invoices and receipts for customer transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor account activities to identify discrepancies or issues and collaborate with the appropriate teams to resolve them promptly.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and follow-up with customers regarding their orders and deliveries.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales and finance departments, including data entry, filing, and organizing paperwork.
- Assist with inventory management tasks such as tracking stock levels, updating inventory records, and coordinating with suppliers for restocking orders.
- Prepare reports on account activities, sales performance, and inventory levels as needed by management.
