Job Description
Job Role: Salesperson
Responsibilities:
- Sell furniture products to potential customers in a retail setting.
- Attend to customer inquiries and provide product information, recommendations, and assistance.
- Actively engage with customers to understand their preferences and requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the retail showroom.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and product display.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and optimize customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Participate in regular sales training and meetings to enhance selling skills.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the furniture or related industry.
- Good command of English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to speak Chinese and Malay is a bonus.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Customer-focused mindset and ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
- Self-motivated, driven, and target-oriented.
- Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and proficiency in using sales systems or CRM software.
- Educational Qualification: SPM.
Salary: $1750 to $300 (including commission), depending on experience and performance.
Work Schedule: 6 days per week.
