Job Role: Salesperson

Responsibilities:

• Sell furniture products to potential customers in a retail setting.
• Attend to customer inquiries and provide product information, recommendations, and assistance.
• Actively engage with customers to understand their preferences and requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the retail showroom.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and product display.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and optimize customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
• Participate in regular sales training and meetings to enhance selling skills.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the furniture or related industry.
• Good command of English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to speak Chinese and Malay is a bonus.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
• Self-motivated, driven, and target-oriented.
• Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Basic knowledge of computer systems and proficiency in using sales systems or CRM software.
• Educational Qualification: SPM.

Salary: $1750 to $300 (including commission), depending on experience and performance.

Work Schedule: 6 days per week.

Salary: $1,750.00 – $3,00.00 per month
