Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Scholar Development and Care Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the academic progress and overall well-being of our scholarship recipients.
As a Scholar Development and Care Executive, your primary responsibilities will include providing guidance and support to scholars, organizing workshops and seminars, monitoring their academic performance, and ensuring their welfare throughout their scholarship journey.
You will collaborate with the scholarship committee, academic advisors, and other stakeholders to develop personalized development plans for each scholar and ensure their holistic growth and success.
The successful candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and a genuine passion for helping others achieve academic excellence. Previous experience in academic support or counseling is highly desirable.
