Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Scholar Development and Care Lead at =DREAMS (SINGAPORE) LIMITED. In this role, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to scholars in their academic and personal development.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement scholar development programs to enhance their academic performance and well-being.
- Provide mentoring and counseling support to scholars, ensuring their emotional and social needs are met.
- Collaborate with school staff and parents to create a supportive environment for scholars.
- Track and monitor scholar progress, offering academic interventions and resources as needed.
- Organize workshops and seminars on a variety of topics to enhance scholar knowledge and skills.
To be successful in this role, you should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for supporting students. Experience in mentoring or counseling is highly desirable.
