Job Description
1. Knowledge of process from water tapping to tape and reel packout, 8 and 12 inch wafers.
2. Key areas: wafer taping, Backgrind, laser groove, mechanical Sawing, Laser mark, Backside Lamination, AOI, tape and reel.
Tools knowledge:
- Lintec taper
- Disco Backgrinder
- Disco Mounter (DFM2800)
- Dynatech wafer mounter, detaper
- EO laser Marker
- Lintec BSC
- Disco Saw
- Onto, Camtek AOI
- MIT and STI tape and reel mcs
Soft skills:
- 8D analysis to resolve problem
- Data analytical skills
- Design of Experiment
- FMEA
