Job Description
A leading semiconductor firm, WilsonHCG Singapore, is seeking to hire a Semiconductor Legal Counsel. In this pivotal role, you will:
- Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on various contracts such as customer, supplier, procurement, distributor, non-disclosure, and tenancy agreements.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate risks and opportunities in business activities and commercial projects.
- Oversee all data privacy-related issues within the Group.
- Ensure compliance with applicable SGX listing rules and regulations.
We are looking for a lawyer with more than 6 years of Post-Qualified Experience (PQE), preferably from the semiconductor or manufacturing industry, with a solid understanding of SGX listing compliance.
