Job Description
My client, Tangspac, the investment management arm of a global real estate conglomerate based in Singapore, is seeking a Corporate Accountant. The ideal candidate will handle full set of accounts and MAS returns within a collaborative culture. This role involves preparing month-end accounts, reporting deliverables, and consolidation. Responsibilities include preparing monthly accounts, variance analysis, cashflow projections, government surveys, and liaising with external parties.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare/review monthly accounts and journal entries
- Handle payments, cash flow, and MAS regulatory returns
- Liaise with auditors and tax agents
- Assist in ad hoc projects and new system initiatives
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Accountancy with 8 years relevant experience
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Detailed-oriented with problem-solving skills
- Experience with Netsuite preferred
