Job Description

Responsibilities

• Handling full sets of accounts.
• Assist in month-end, quarterly and year-end closing.
• Execute day-to-day accounting responsibilities, such as handling accounts payable, receivable including processing invoices, payment and refunds and recording journal entries.
• Assist in preparing GST reports for quarterly submission.
• Weekly bank balance reporting.
• Support the annual audit process by furnishing necessary documentation.
• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Other ad-hoc accounting work as assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Full sets accounts experience.
• Able to work independently.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in reading and writing in Mandarin and English.
