Job Description
- Conduct ballet lessons to children and adults
- Strong passion to inspire the students to appreciate different genres of music and dance
- Prepare students for performances and exams
- Establish excellent rapport with parents and children
- Organize dance events, concerts, and open houses
- Meet Teaching Quality levels and KPIs defined by the Company
- Other ad-hoc teaching-related duties assigned
- Senior instructors must train and conduct training and sharing sessions for junior instructors.
