Job Description
To lead, manage, and coordinate projects that comply with authorities’ requirements and standards.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to work as a team are essential. Key responsibilities include:
- Project management, coordination, and assistance in the day-to-day running of assigned projects
- Liaison and coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Confidently administering contracts and effectively managing the project team
- Coordinating and carrying out tender evaluations, recommendations, and award processes
- Proactively identifying and resolving technical coordination, site, or compliance issues
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of contractual and authorities’ requirements
- Nurturing, coaching, and leveling up the skill set of team members
Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture from a recognized tertiary institution
- Minimum 8 years of post-graduate experience
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with BIM and authorities’ submission processes and guidelines
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp
