Job Description
Provide administrative and secretarial support to assigned Division(s) and Senior Management. Plan, organize, coordinate and support meetings, presentations, visits, and corporate events. Prepare travel arrangements and ensure claims are submitted in accordance with company policy. Ensure smooth daily office operations and timely administrative services delivery.
Job requirements include a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or equivalent, 5-10 years of relevant experience, proficiency in MS Office applications, and the ability to work in a hybrid setting at Jurong Island. Interested candidates should possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
