Job Description
- Manage and support team in running of daily cafe operations
- Barista-trained and familiar with operating and maintaining semi-auto coffee machines
- Responsible for ensuring quality and consistency of beverages and desserts served from the menu
- Maintaining hygiene standards of serving area and seating area
- Approachable personality to both cultivate positive work environment and interact with customers
- Training of junior and service staff
- Develop beverage specials
- Able to manage cost and inventory, meeting sales targets
