Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise café associates, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency.
- Train new staff members and provide ongoing guidance and support.
- Oversee daily café operations, including managing shifts and delegating tasks.
- Prepare and serve beverages and food items to meet quality and presentation standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering and restocking supplies as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Assist in developing and implementing café promotions and special events.
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to enhance team performance.
Requirements:
- Additional certification in hospitality or management is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Proficient in handling cash and using point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Location: Singapore Islandwide 18 Outlets
