Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Campaign & Marketing Automation Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Senior Campaign & Marketing Automation Executive, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement end-to-end marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, and measurement
- Create and manage high-quality email marketing and automation campaigns
- Segment and target customers based on behavioral, demographic, and other data-driven insights
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies to drive maximum results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in marketing automation
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in campaign management and marketing automation
- Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS for email template creation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
