Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Learn and have in-depth knowledge of the products and services provided by the restaurant to assist and address guest queries
- Set up and prepare dining areas according to established standards
- Provide genuine and personalized customer service
- Understand and anticipate individual guests’ needs to deliver exceptional service
- Listen and respond to feedback from guests
- Be knowledgeable about food allergies, dietary restrictions, and common beverage brands to make recommendations to guests
- Support team members in restaurant preparation and setup
- Ensure amenities and utensils are properly stocked and inspected
- Maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Management
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 1 year of relevant customer service experience, preferably in a similar environment
- Strong ability to learn, handle demands, and multitask
- High standards of hygiene and safety
- Initiative and excellent teamwork skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
