Job Description
Are you a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends? We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Category Executive/Category Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and maximize profitability within your assigned category. You will analyze market data, monitor competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities to ensure our products remain competitive and meet the needs of our customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute category strategies to achieve business objectives
- Analyze market data and customer insights to identify growth opportunities
- Manage product assortment, pricing, and promotions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches
- Monitor competitor activities and propose countermeasures
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
