Job Description
Family Group: Allied Health
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the smooth functioning and operations of the clinics including medical surveillance scheme.
- Responsible for handling patients’ feedback.
- Responsible for the financial accounting of daily collections and closing of the clinic.
- Supervise a team of patients service associates & review staff performance appraisals.
- Oversee clinic appointments, overall staff deployment and resource allocation.
- Involve in clinic workplans and budgeting exercises.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in health science, health promotion, public health, counselling, psychology, or social work.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, a non-judgmental attitude towards patients, and empathize with people and situations.
- Possess project coordination skills and report writing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
