Job Description
- Company: EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD.
- Salary: Basic $3200 – $3500 + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Location: Jurong East
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls, handle customer issues, and convert termination requests into contract renewals
- Answer calls promptly and professionally, documenting all interactions accurately
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of contract renewals
- Take ownership of customer queries and work towards meeting KPI targets
Job Requirements:
- Nitec/Diploma in Office Administration or related field
- 3-4 years of call center experience
