Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Data Pipeline Development and Maintenance:
- Design, develop, and optimize large-scale data pipelines for efficient data collection, processing, and storage.
- Maintain existing data pipelines to ensure high availability and consistency.
2. Data Processing and Analysis:
- Develop data processing algorithms for handling vast data volumes.
- Utilize frameworks like Hadoop and Spark for scalable processing.
3. Data Storage & Management:
- Design robust data storage solutions using HDFS, Cassandra, NoSQL, and BigQuery.
- Implement data management practices for integrity and security.
4. Collaboration and Communication:
- Work with stakeholders to understand data needs and communicate insights clearly.
5. Stay informed on big data tech trends and enhance infrastructure for better performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
- Min. 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Spark, HDFS, Cassandra, NoSQL, or BigQuery.
