Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Design Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of innovative products and solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer requirements into practical design concepts.
In this role, you will oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept generation to final product release. You will utilize your strong technical expertise to design robust and cost-effective solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of new products, from initial concept to the final manufacturing stage.
- Conduct feasibility studies and analyze design proposals to determine optimal solutions.
- Create and review detailed design specifications, engineering drawings, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality assurance, and marketing, to ensure successful product launch.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design and development.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
