Job Description
You will be responsible for all e-Commerce activities as well as growing online sales on our e-store and online marketplaces in Singapore.
Active management of e-commerce store, e-marketplaces and other online assets.
Achieve sales target, implement improvement plans for the online stores.
Plan and set up promotional offers online to increase sales.
Regularly track/review analytics and metrics to report on sales performance.
Work closely with the Retail Manager on inventory management.
Able to identify new e-commerce trends and industry updates.
Bring innovation forward on new products and processes.
Ensure high levels of customers’ satisfaction through excellent service.
Manage customer feedback, enquiries and response to complaint professionally.
