Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager in the Integrated and Strategic Communications department. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic communication plans to enhance our brand reputation and maximize our reach.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing integrated communication strategies that align with our overall business objectives
- Planning and managing internal and external communication campaigns, including media relations, stakeholder engagement, and social media initiatives
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for proactive communication initiatives
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment of communication efforts
- Tracking and analyzing communication campaigns’ performance and providing regular reports to stakeholders
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic communications, preferably in a similar industry
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
