Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Executive / Assistant Manager for our Programme Development team. This position requires the ability to develop and implement effective programs and initiatives to support the organization’s goals and objectives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing a wide range of programs, including planning, budgeting, and evaluating program outcomes. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic partnerships and ensure the successful execution of program objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and implement programs and initiatives in line with the organization’s strategic objectives
- Manage program budgets, timelines, and resources
- Develop and maintain partnerships with external stakeholders
- Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement as necessary
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance program offerings
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in program development or a similar role. Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
