Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive to join our team as a D2C Customer Success specialist in the field of E-Commerce. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) customers, driving retention and revenue growth through exceptional customer service.

Your main responsibilities will include managing customer relationships, providing product support and guidance, resolving any issues or concerns, and identifying opportunities to optimize the customer experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of our services.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success, preferably within the E-Commerce industry
  • Strong knowledge of D2C strategies and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
  • Ability to analyze customer data and identify areas for improvement
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
