We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Executive HR. As a Senior Executive HR, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources department, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.

Your main responsibilities will include developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing the recruitment process, conducting interviews, and working closely with department managers to ensure the organization has a talented and engaged workforce. You will also be responsible for conducting training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills.

To be successful in this role, you should have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in HR management and a solid understanding of labor laws and regulations are also required.
