Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Senior Executive in Human Resources on a 1-year contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and be passionate about fostering a positive work environment.
Key responsibilities include overseeing recruitment processes, conducting performance evaluations, and implementing HR policies. The successful candidate will also be involved in employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of labor laws. Certification in HR management is a plus.
