Job Description
We are currently seeking a Senior Executive, M&E to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) aspects of our projects. Your duties will include:
- Collaborating with the project management team to plan, execute, and monitor M&E activities
- Ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Reviewing technical designs and specifications for accuracy and feasibility
- Supervising M&E contractors and coordinating their work progress
- Conducting regular inspections to ensure the quality and safety of M&E installations
- Preparing progress reports and providing updates to project stakeholders
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in M&E engineering and project management. You must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.
