Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Executive to join our Sales Support team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating various sales support activities to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of our sales operations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the sales team in preparing and reviewing sales contracts, proposals, and quotations.
• Coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
• Providing exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints.
• Monitoring sales activities, analyzing sales data, and generating reports for management evaluation.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to create sales support materials, such as presentations and sales kits.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a sales support or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
