Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Executive at our Sports & Recreation Centre. As a Senior Executive, you will play a key role in managing and coordinating various sports and recreational activities for our facility.
In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring the smooth running of all sporting events and recreational programs. You will work closely with other team members to develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall experience of our guests and members.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate sports events and recreational activities
- Supervise and train staff members
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new members
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to promote the centre
