Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Executive to join our team as a Student Talent Attraction specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract top talent from universities and colleges.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with potential students through various channels such as career fairs, campus events, and online platforms.
- Create and maintain relationships with university career services and faculty members to stay updated on the latest hiring trends and opportunities.
- Develop innovative recruitment campaigns to showcase our organization as an employer of choice.
- Collaborate with the HR team to improve the candidate experience and streamline the hiring process.
- Analyze and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent attraction strategies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent attraction or university recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, faculty, and key stakeholders.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates.
- Strong knowledge of current recruitment best practices and strategies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
