Job Description

The Singapore National Employers Federation is a trade union with over 3,400 corporate members. Our mission is to advance tripartism and a flexible labour market to enable companies to implement responsible employment practices even as industries transform.

As part of planning for our expansion, we are looking for people to strengthen the senior management team to lead the Federation in the future economy.

Responsibilities:

• Promote PSG-JR programme through one-to-one engagement with companies, mass outreach events, and active follow-up on sales leads
• Work with internal and external partners to support outreach and networking events, on-line and off-line marketing to increase awareness and adoption of PSG-JR
• Identify and maintain a repository of success stories on PSG-JR
• Develop and maintain up-to-date marketing collaterals for publicity of PSG-JR
• Use data-centric insights generation to enhance marketing and communications opportunities

Programme administration:

• Assist with the administration of PSG-JR in accordance to established SOPs
• Process applications and claims on PSG-JR via the designated grant portal adhering to established service standards

Qualifications:

• Min Diploma in Business/Business Administration/Marketing/Marcom or related disciplines
• 1-year or more experience is preferred. Candidates without experience but possess the willingness and attitude to learn and succeed will be considered
• Must be articulate, confident in promoting programmes to companies one-to-one and during mass industry events
• Must be result-oriented, resourceful and possess perseverance in meeting organisation’s goals
